About Me

Hi, I’m Joe.

I developed my boxing skills as a young man in response to the need for an outlet for my emotions and to ensure that I could stand up for myself as I moved through my teenage years.

Now, having developed my emotional capacity and built a solid foundation of mental resiliency, I offer my skills and experience to those who are looking to increase their strength, fitness and confidence.

I have extensive experience in the art of boxing as well as a deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition, and I’ve achieved high-quality results with all of my clients to date.

I love what I do and I’m honoured to support people to create lives that they can be proud of.

1:1 Coaching session

Quince Fitness & Boxing specialises in personalised 1:1 sessions. Not only will they push you to your limits physically, but strengthening your mental well-being underpins the session’s core aims.

Physical Fitness:

Whether you are just looking to get fit, lose some weight or train for an upcoming event, we can work together to tailor your sessions accordingly to push you in the direction you need to go, and achieve those all-important goals.

Mental Fitness:

Taking care of your mental well-being is a priority, and goes hand in hand with achieving your goals in physical fitness. Maybe life is stressful, and you are going through a hard time. Your confidence is low and you feel anger inside that needs releasing. Or, maybe you are getting bullied, you feel lost, all of which I understand and want to help.

Through releasing negative energy, I can help you feel like a weight has been lifted from you.

Join me for a 1-1 training session. This will be tailored to fit your individual requirements and can focus on boxing, conditioning, strength or endurance (or a killer mix of all four!).

Group Boxing Classes

From beginner to intermediate, we will choose the class that best fits your outcomes. All classes will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, develop maximum strength and improve your techniques and mentality.

Stressful week at work? Need some time out? Fancy escaping your chaotic schedule whilst burning a few calories?

No experience needed - all that’s required is your own boxing gloves.

When: Every Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Joe Quince Fitness & Boxing is located at Baileys Gym in Basingstoke. 

Bailey’s Gym is equipped with a selection of boxing equipment, a boxing ring, punch bags, a well stocked weights area, a range of cardio machines and much more, and is suitable for all ages and levels.

Joe Quince Fitness & Boxing is operated out of Bailey’s Gym. We are a local hub for people wanting to build their boxing skills, improve their self-confidence, achieve their fitness and nutrition goals and connect with a community of like-minded people.
